Educational Affairs Tasks- Girls' Campus

 Academic Affairs, part of the Computer Skills Unit, concentrates on providing  guidance in the CPIT100 course to King Abdulaziz University preparatory  year and specialized students (Regular – External – Distance learning).

 

Beneficiary Groups:

All students enrolled in the CPIT100 course as follows:

·        Preparatory Year students (Regular – External – Distance learning)

·        Regular students (old program)

·        External students (new program)

·        Distance learning students (majors)

Academic Affairs Tasks:

For Students:

1-     Answering all questions related to the course

2-     Solving all student problems related to the course

For Faculty Members:

1-     Allocating  the course sections by filling out an electronic form.

2-     Registering all faculty members in a special group for close communication with them.

3-     Informing the unit’s faculty members of any courses that may help educate them and help them use the new systems in the University.

For Administrative Staff:

1.     Opening  registration to apply for invigilation of  final exam by filling out an electronic request form.

2.     Opening  registration to apply for supervision of periodic and finall course exams by filling out an electronic request form.

3.     Coordination with the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Economics and Management to open sections for majors (External – Distance learning).

4.     Coordination with the faculties to open sections for majors (Regular students).

5.     Coordination with  the concerned authorities to open a section for the Bridging Program.
