The Computer Skills Unit contains nine laboratories distributed among three of the University buildings. The labs are highly equipped with modern technologies such as, projectors and smart boards. Other devices that connect to the network are also available.

Rules for usage of computer skills lab:
· Labs are not to be left open for students without supervision.
· Students are prohibited to bring food & beverages inside the lab.
· At the end of the session computers should be checked for proper shut down.
· Students should be encouraged to return their seats to their original places.
· Labs should be kept tidy and clean.
· Pens are not to be used on smart boards.
· Data shows are to be shut down by using the projector control program or the remote control.

· In case the lecturer needs to move her session to another lab, she is requested to fill and send a transfer request form (same link & address as above) at least three days prior the session for approval purposes. Once the request is approved, it is the lecturer’s responsibility to inform her students of the new location.
· The lab card is not to be lent to any person without notifying the unit.
· The lab card must be returned to the Technical Support Unit at the end of the semester.
